  August 27, 2018 - From memory, pale grayish gold, lemon meringue nose, fairly rich non-oxidative palate of creamy, lightly-oaked chardonnay, long finish with a clean tangy pucker. Enjoyed with sautéed sea bass.

  December 20, 2012 - Reading my note on the 2007 - this is almost identical - mineral and complex, yet elegant and easy to understand. It is more like a Chablis than the typical oxidative Jura white. Held in fantastically in the fridge over four nights - surely will be better with time.

  September 12, 2012 - Another excellent Jura experience. Interesting nose with some loamy notes. Tiny flush of oxidation, just enough to be interesting. Lemon, lime, green apple. Some stony backbone, medium mid-palate and nice long finish. Tighter and tarter than the 2007 Domaine Julien Labet Côtes du Jura Les Varrons that we loved, but very enjoyable in a different way. Went well with Ei's chicken picata.
