Community Tasting Notes 3

Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over maybe an hour.

Rose petal color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of bubble gum, berries and strawberries. Flavors of strawberries, berries and a bit of minerals. Medium acidity, light body. Pretty dry. Drink now.

June 25, 2012 - Judging from the note below I will write this one off as a flawed bottle. Bottle and cork were in great condition. No sign of being corked. That said this was probably the most insipid rose I have had in many years. Tasted the next day to make sure I was not missing anything. I wasn't. Undrinkable.

February 25, 2012 - Wonderfully spicy with good mineral and strawberry notes. A very clean palate with perfect balance. Can be enjoyed separately, does not need food, although will complement most fare.
