    May 5, 2023 - Still going strong.
Some brambles and earth on the nose.
Dark fruits, figs, prunes, earth palate.
    Revisit next year.

January 22, 2022 - This has improved since last year and it is an outstanding wine.
    Deep garnet.
Similar tasting note to last year with some white pepper on the nose and earth creeping into the palate.
I still believe this has 5+ years of life.
    Seven left revisit next year.

    January 7, 2021 - Dark ruby.
    Black cherry, spice nose.
Black fruits, black pepper, nutmeg, cedar palate. Medium tannins, full bodied, long finish.
    15.4% alcohol.
Very good wine, improved since last tasted Dec 2019, not sure if it will improve further but drinking really well and I think will continue to do so for 4-5 years.

December 9, 2019 - Dark, deep, full bodied.
Took a while to open up.
    Very enjoyable.
I think that this will improve over the next 2-3 years.

November 11, 2016 - Garnet purple in color with nice slow legs. Decanted for an hour and a half. Nose of flowers, soy, cedar and alcohol. Flavors are earthy with mushroom and black pepper with little in the way of fruit or berries. This is a dry tannic monster with a chalky finish. Full bodied and coats the tongue.
