Community Tasting Notes 2

May 5, 2014 - Weekly tasting group #117; A mixed set. (@ DJ): In the bouquet caramel, coffee candy, sugar cane syrup and orange. On the palate butterscotch, honey and pineapple. A lot of sweetness nicely balanced by good acidity. Some bitterness in the finish. Beautiful wine with elegance as well.

December 8, 2002 - 100% Zibibbo. Full old-gold shot with topaz and amber; slightly oxidised aroma of dried apples, apricots and toasted almonds; good weight, juicy and well-balanced, medium sweet, slightly drying oak.
