Washington Wine Report

  • By Sean Sullivan
    12/9/2010 (link) **** points

(Soos Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley) Still shows lots of color. Nose shows high-toned aged fruit, leather, licorice, and pretty, perfumed fruit. Holding up beautifully on a palate that still has a lot of fruit etched by bright acidity. An elegant wine that has an almost chewy texture. 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot. Champoux and Sagemoor vineyards. 13.5% alcohol. Library wine.
