  May 5, 2012 - Tropical fruits, ripe pear and honey on the nose and palate. Quite sweet up front but with sufficient acid on the back-end to keep it bouyant and lifted. Very, very delicious and keeps you coming back for another sip (or glass!). Wonderful on its own and also paired surprisingly well with a roast cauliflower dish. Excellent QPR. 8% abv.

  April 22, 2012 - WSET Intermediate Course (San Francisco): clear medium lemon-green; clean, pronounced intensity, petrol, stone fruits, floral; medium sweetness, high acidity, low tannin, medium bodied, lovely stone fruit- peach/nectarine, honey, citrus fruit- lime, medium finish; very good. Petrol blows off quickly (10 minutes). 91

  March 3, 2012 - Thick and creamy for a Riesling but I like it a lot. Mango and papaya upfront citrus to follow with more residual sugar than acidity. I wouldn't call this is dessert wine but it's hard to pair with a lot of food. Still a very pleasant drink on it's own.
