  June 20, 2015 - Lovely nutty, briney sipping. Quickly loses complexity after opening, so don't hold back and save the rest for the next day.

  April 26, 2015 - This wine is perplexing. If you taste this blind your immediate feeling is WTF is this! Then you begin to take on the subtle interesting characteristics of this wine and say.."let me have another taste" It is like nothing you have tried. Nutty, Salty, with a hint of Kingsford lighter fuel. Zero acidity, an alcohol kick somewhere between Mad dog and Mescal. I am glad it comes in a 500ml bottle because this stuff has legs! Enjoy after a meal and try to decipher it's complexity, not easy.
