April 23, 2012 - - Light gold color with small pearls. It's balanced with a medium body. Satin-Like texture with a medium finish - Hints of apple, pear and peach on the nose. Crisp and clean with apple and peach on the palate. Light acidity with fine bubbles, good mouthfeel, medium plus finish.
