April 21, 2013 - excellent wine. Nice fine bubbles. Great nose of yeast, melon, slight sharpness, winey. Taste was fuller bodied, yeast, great fruit flavors, light unripe greeness, but that just adds to the complexity. Great long, and I mean long finish. Superb. Great with a roast chicken dinner.
