  July 15, 2011 - Light straw colour. Nose consists of limestone, flint, some nice green tones and minerals. Nice fruit which is balanced by the acid. OK complexity, the palate is not as complex as the nose. But it is great freshness to this. I have always found this wine to be drunk as young as possible. I could perhaps have wished that the fruit had been a little more present and deeper, but not bad at all.
  
  Finish is more than fine with a good long finish and a nice mineral touch to it in addition to lime/lemon. A very nice everyday Sancerre.

  June 30, 2011 - Fresh lemons, apricots, melon and lime on the nose. More lime om the taste. Lacking structure and a bit disapointing compared to the 09 vintage.
