April 24, 2024 - Really enjoyed this though it didn’t jump out of the glass for me.
Bready yeast and apple on the nose. On the palate this presents round but not flabby, definitely not linear in my experience or definition. Some apple, brioche, very little citrus. A mellow, lingering finish. Medium body and medium to light acidity.

The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry, pear and baker's yeast. It tastes like apple and lemon. The body is medium. February 3, 2024 - Good for a glass - a bit too thin for me but a nice apple pie, apple juice, simple and fun. Not a buy but wouldn’t push away one glass.

January 20, 2024 - Basically my go to champagne for aperitif. When properly cooled, it's a refreshing delight of baked apple washed with a cold, mineral mountain stream. Precise, linear, soulful. From a hardcore biodynamic producer.
