January 9, 2018 - IWFSC Dinner #831 (El Ideas): Opened from IWFSC cellar -- apparently 7 bottles were opened to get 3 correct bottles for dinner service. This bottle had a gorgeous, mature nose of bruised apple, honey, mineral and melted caramels. Round and plush in the mouth with good depth. Missing some acidity, so it's a bit flat in the finish. No sense in holding these any longer.
