August 27, 2011 - Dark golden honey with a pale rim.
Rich clean nose with a hint of tropical fruit.
Balanced, rounded, well aged but still very drinkable.

August 15, 2011 - Wonderful deep goldy yellow colour. Looks lovely.
Rich, fresh, clean nose but complex as well.
Great balance, good acidity and the alcohol still comes through so should keep a while yet. Long finish. Great wine.
