Community Tasting Notes 3

  • Neecies Likes this wine:

January 5, 2018 - And the last bottle was the best of all. It was a joy to own these.

  • Neecies Likes this wine:

December 26, 2015 - Age has been very good to this. Rich yellow-gold color and mouth-filling new world chardonnay flavors with quince, apple pie, toast and crème brulee. Wonderful texture, loaded with tight and persistent bubbles.

January 28, 2009 - Tasted more like a sparkling chardonnay than a blanc de blanc. Tropical fruits with a decent amount of new wood vanilla tones, led to an enjoyable yet unorthadox expereince. Hard to rate.
