  January 5, 2024 - Delicious. Golden honey notes on the nose and palate. Drinking beautifully, but still has a decade plus.

  꿀 향기가 이어서 느껴지는데 약간 꿀에 절인 복숭아(?) 이런 느낌에 가깝다.
  
  팔렛에서는 꿀물을 타서 마시는 것 같기도 하다가 이어지는 산도가 괜찮다.
  달기만 했다면 쉽지 않았을텐데 산도가 있다보니 와인 자체만 마셔도 밸런스가 괜찮다.
  최소한 다른 디저트 와인에서 느꼈던 기분나쁜 인위적 단맛은 거의 없는 편이다.
  
  다만 어려운 것은 역시나 디저트와의 조합.
  달콤한 와인과 더 달콤한 디저트를 같이 먹어야 한다는 건 내 안의 조선인 유전자가 아직은 허락치 않는다.
  이 부분은 경험이 해결해줄지도?

  November 25, 2022 - Fully developed, medium-bodied, fresh, vibrant, and focused on its core of dried apricots, marmalade, buttery orange rind spice, and butterscotch. While not deep, the wine remained fresh, vibrant, and aromatic, with a butterscotch and candied orange edge to the finish. Drink from 2022-2032.

  June 18, 2022 - Jeudi soir pour notre souper mensuel au resto AVV
  La Suite de Sherbrooke avec les FOUDUVIN du club de l’Estrie.
  Pour aller avec le trio de crêmes brulées! Robe cuivrée foncée.
  Sur le zeste d'orange et les abricots. Pas très sucré et assez fin.
  A surement déjà mieux paru.
  Bel accord avec le dessert.
