Community Tasting Notes 2

June 24, 2013 - So, so Bordeaux. Lovely black currant aromas and woody black fruits with a full, dry and fruity finish. Really obviously a Bordeaux and perfectly balanced after a few years in the bottle.

May 18, 2013 - Good crimson colour - still hints of purple at core, thinning at edges. Initially chocolate nose, then gives way to very obvious juicy, Bordeaux aromas: dusty bramble fruits with a big dose of vine leaf; a slight savoury (lamb-like) edge with volutes and cassis. Soft and mellow taste with sweet blackcurrant and berry fruits. Long fruity finish. Really typical Bordeaux.
