June 27, 2016 - Sunfish 400th Tasting (Sunfish cellars): A small tasting pour. Rich, creamy, slightly sweet. A lot of flavor here. Good Riesling, but questionable QPR.

June 25, 2016 - Sunfish Cellar High End Tasting (Sunfish Cellars, St. Paul, MN): Tasting pour. Really good, great fruit, orange, peach, tangerine, apple, great acid, very long. Delicious. KeithAkers note from 2014 hits the mark.

January 8, 2014 - Nose: Fresh and poised with red and green apples, figs, white fruits, mineral notes, and some citrus fruits too. There is medium+ depth to this with excellent balance.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium/high acidity. There some flesh on the mid-palate that is very attractive with green apples, figs, minerals, quince, white peaches, and juicy citrus tones.

Overall: This is a serious young riesling. It's extremely well balanced with layers of flavor and a freshness to it as well. This is certainly one to watch as it ages as the raw materials are tremendous.
