May 24, 2023 - Inky colour! Muted nose with a hint of leathery dark fruits, rather shy on the palate! Falling asleep?

February 28, 2023 - Rich dark leathery fruits, this bottle is not the best example!

January 26, 2021 - It is easily mistaken! I thought it was the Chateau Haut Brion, gosh, dense and super fragrant, the French oak barrique is so exceptional, gave the wine a nearly full-body taste, rich on the palate, a medium to long finish, quite remarkable!

January 13, 2019 - Vinetasters: Pessac-Léognan (Skokie, IL): Served double blind. Fairly muted nose, but swirling causes some hints of Sharpie marker to show up. The palate is a bit blowsy, with heaps of youthful fruit. Seems to be a touch more extracted than I like, but the oak isn’t overblown here. Probably a lesser estate. My 4th, group's 6th.

February 24, 2018 - Astonishingly young colour, just a minimal brick rim. Balanced bouquet, en bouche silky tannins, great length with almond in 2nd half. At it's top now
