December 21, 2013 - Light gold color. Smells like pear, green apple, and grapefruit. Tastes like Sauvignon Blanc with "an edge" - pineapple, light pear, apple, and buttery peach. Velvety mouth, but with very slight effervescence. Crisp finish.

July 23, 2012 - Nose of tropical fruit salad, flavors of tart pineapple up front, honey and floral notes on the mid-palate, then a nicely balanced lemon-lime finish. Would stand up well to slightly spicy Asian dishes, white fish with buttery sauces or sharp cheeses.

July 1, 2012 - Distinguished authentic wine ready now. Medium gold with colorless meniscus. Fresh acidity. Velvet in the mouth with long textured finish. Fruit forward complex nose of white tree fruit and honey over floral notes. Suggest serving with blue cheese and honey. Good value.
