October 23, 2022 - Still very juicy and youthful, but also a little simple and straightforward. Perhaps it needs longer to develop more complexity. I was hoping for a lot more.

December 9, 2018 - This wine is getting better as it is getting older. It’s bits and pieces are coming together into a nice, elegant, whole There are still tannins, but they are resolving nicely. There is a subtle blueberry flavor on the nose, which is not, however, the fresh fruit of youthbut something more interesting and complex. Like most Lala Cabernet Franc, it still is surprisingly structured Dash – not in the least bit flabby! Those really like aged you are a cab Franc can easily put this aside for another five years or so, but I’m not sure that it will actually improve all that much. Only time will tell!

October 21, 2016 - I couldn't keep my hands off this one for a full two years, but I certainly don't regret opening this one at about 18 months after my first. It is still very fresh, quite primary, and nicely structured. The Cedartree/greenish character screams Cabernet Franc . The wine is wonderfully focused while at the same time being somewhat restrained. I hope it will develop more complexity with time, and certainly I will again try not to open my next bottle for another year or so.

October 7, 2016 - Fresh, lovely balance with slightly drying finish. Red fruit, blueberries.

March 15, 2016 - Quite fresh, sappy, slightly leafy fruit, medium weight and with a somewhat short finish. Lacks a little roundness, but is nevertheless enjoyable.
