January 1, 2023 - At 16 years of age the colour is outstanding, with green hues still present. Subtle honey, buttered toast and lemon curd on the nose. The magic of this wine is on the back palate, with lanolin and vanilla flavours balanced by fine acidity. A delicate, fine wine that has incredible length, whose peak is incredibly still a decade away. BWOOD
