  November 4, 2023 - Light gold color. Split bottle over 2 hours plus. It's been three yers since my last bottle. This is still quite fresh and very vigorous on the palate. Sea air, parafin, lemon, lemon peel, slate and nacent lemon blossoms on the nose. The palate is intense, driven by ultra tart citrus; lemon, but even more tart lime on the mid and back end. Yet there's a strong focus of sea shell minerality and brine, followed by slate, tarragon, wax, dried herbs and a white pepper note on long medium plus bodied palate. Really showing well and no sense of dropping off, though this is my last bottle. 92+ to 93pts.

This starts with a big burst of sea air, followed by lemon and lemon blossoms on the nose with plenty of citrus zest and ocean minerals. The palate is filled with dry extract, very tart lemon, hints of lime, citrus peel, Meyer lemon, very briny, more full bodied, good power, lime sweet tarts with a very slightest hint of oak that seems to fade away with just a little glass time. Very good and an excellent value.

  February 1, 2023 - Wow! Première fois que je goûte un vieux Chablis! Nez et bouche complexes: fruits séchés : abricots, raisins, dattes. Citron confit, poire, pomme jaune et pêche. Miel, amandes, beurre. Caoutchouc brûlé. A gardé sa structure acide ce qui le rendait encore délicieux. Med+/full body.

  Gulfrukt, sitron, metall, røyk på nese. Litt lukket i munnen, clean, med, nøtter, grilla sitron, steinrøys, blomster. Enorm syre, mangler litt frukt, adresse og retning. Medium lengde 90
