August 12, 2017 - Dark straw. Sulphuric nose that blew off after 20 minutes. Nose was full of candied lemon zest, hay and a touch of lime. This is a surprisingly acidic bottle. Less balanced than past bottles.

March 19, 2017 - What Outplaying said, definitely shifting to tertiary flavors. Rich and tasty if less citrus/mineral cut, but balanced and plenty at core. Very good served with broiled haddock, shaved brussel sprouts, pasta. Will drink up remaining bottles.

November 5, 2016 - Last bottle. Starting to show a little age but still drinking nicely. More apple and baked orchard fruit rather than the citrus and slightly tropical fruit the earlier bottles. Lots of saline and good cut. Ann loved it.
