Community Tasting Notes 6

September 17, 2022 - From one of the lesser regarded Prem Cru vineyards in Chablis. Fully mature at just under 12 years of age. Gold in the glass. White flowers, crushed chalk, sea breeze, oyster shell, pear, mandarin and baked apple on the nose that could only be Chablis. The palate is really racy, medium bodied with good texture along with ripe orchard fruit, peach, creamy notes and a touch of minerality. There isn't the depth or complexity here to really impress and I doubt will this improve so dive in if you have a bottle. I expected it to be carrying a bit more weight at this stage but it's still a really decent showing from one of the regions greats.

September 1, 2018 - Great texture and weight. Expressive with creamy custard and lemon notes with loads of sea marl and saline as it opens. Long smooth balanced finish with ample acidity keeping this super fresh and vibrant. Peaking now and will be drinking excellent over the next couple years. Drink now-2020.

Pale white gold, hint of green.
    Lime citrus nose and seaside.
Light watery fruit, lemon lime citrus flavours, mineral underlay, before medium zesty acidity mid palate, somewhat short finish. Quaffable accessibility.
