    April 14, 2012 - Aromas of Toast, Butterscotch, Diacetyl(butter), Honey, and Apple. On the palate is more Apple (slightly baked), Mineral notes, Butterscotch/toffee and a hint of nuttiness. The body is Medium. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Medium.

    October 31, 2011 - Pale, almost clear with a lovely full buttery, toffee nose. More elegant than previous bottles, still with nutty butterscotch notes but clean and fresh on the finish with good minerality.
