July 30, 2013 - Étant souvent déçu par les Ch9 blancs, j'ai été très agréablement surpris par celui-ci.
Un joli nez de coing, de miel et d'anis. Un bel équilibre de blanc du sud, qui ne repose pas sur l'acidité mais sur sa richesse. Il a du volume et du gras, combinés à une complexité aromatique intéressante. Un vin bien rond, une bonne fraicheur pour la région et une finale longue, minérale et épicée. Il a une élégance et une distinction singulières, sans la lourdeur qu'on associe trop souvent aux blancs du sud. Excellent. 92+ pts
