May 2, 2015 - Rich with hints of soil and stables in the sent, low in tannins. Excellent with red meat. Ready to drink!

June 27, 2012 - The nose showed plum sauce, holiday spices and fig with savory pepper and damp earth. On the palate it was silky smooth yet vibrant, as intense dark berry filled the senses followed by hints of mountain herbs and saline minerals. The finish was long yet juicy with notes of blackberry lingering till the close.

March 26, 2012 - Focused, balanced, lots of structure. Delicious black fruits and dusty earth with some very mild spice. Still extremely young with overwhelming tannins. Great potential, but it is tough going right now: keep the wine awhile and give those tannins time to resolve.
