November 25, 2015 - Magnum Tasting at Yan's China Bistro, bright but light color in the glass, nose of barnyard, black cherry fruit, and allspice, more of the same on the palate, medium body, tasty, medium but long finish. My #2/7.

November 4, 2005 - Sotheby's Tasting (New York, NY): Tasting. Intense black fruit aromas with lots of spice, not necessarily showing the "200% new oak" character. Still somewhat tannic. this shows NSG firmness in the middle, still needing another of years. Better 2008-2016.
