November 28, 2019 - Light pale straw in color. I mean Wow! Wow! Powdered stone, citrus oils, underripe orchard fruits and white florals on the nose. Gorgeous and precise palate shows sweet-tart lemony orchard fruits on the palate, chalk, very good acidity and a long mineral and floral finish. This drinks like a Meursault G, fabulous.

September 29, 2019 - Day 1: Decanted and consumed over 2 hours. Initially, a light-moderate nose of matchstick - not overwhelming as some have described. After 30 minutes, the matchstick fell to the background and a nose of citrus emerged. Gold in color, but no pre-mox. Flavors of lemon/citrus followed by minerality with quite a but of acidity on the finish. Nose/flavors continuously developed with air; a richness appeared, but not much depth. Light-moderate complexity/finish. A bit disappointing versus my last note. I put a glass back into the bottle to see what happens in a couple days. 91-92.

August 22, 2019 - No note taken. I clearly recall moderate strength aromas/flavors of matchstick. I did not think it was overpowering. I quite enjoyed this, but I do like reduction.

(Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly) Light yellow color; lovely, tart lemon, lemon chiffon nose; creamy textured, tart lemon, mineral, chalk palate; needs 3 years; medium-plus finish (great value)
