June 2, 2021 - En accord avec ma note précédente.
Nez subtil, un peu fermé. Saveurs de fruits équilibrés, de minéralité pierreuse et la fraîcheur. Une légère pointe d’astringence herbacé dans la finale.

June 22, 2020 - Cherry, cranberry fruit. Slight smokey with some spices. Very tasty.

    November 18, 2019 - Bottle #3 of 3, consumed over 2 nights.
On the first night, tasted OTH and stewed. Improved the 2nd day, showing more ripe red fruits, with tense acidity and finely grained, smooth tannins. Drink now.

August 27, 2018 - Bright lean cherry fruit. Spice, dill, herbal. So promising, but it it just needs a bit more time. Lovely.

November 16, 2017 - Really tasty Bojo, consumed over 3 days, was best on the 3rd day.
The tense acidity makes the ripe red-fruited flavor profile to stay in check, keeping the wine distinctly mineral-laden and refreshing.
The tannins are light, and I will pull back my drinking window to 2021+. Delicious.
