May 19, 2012 - Pleasant notes although a little subdued. Sweet Graham crackers, cherry. Firm but approachable tannins. Complex structure showing notes of dark espresso, bittern dark chocolate, light green pepper, and black pepper spice. Some chalky and dusty notes characteristic of the terrior.
