August 10, 2011 - A beuatiful food champagne dominated by Pinot Noir and perfectly ready. Tried it at the famous Le Parc in Reims and it was still full of ripe apples, flowers, bready, yeasty full- bodied character. At EUR80 (restaurant price), it was one of the cheapest champagnes, however, I am sure also one of the best values. Cheers!
