Community Tasting Notes 1

April 27, 2012 - I like a bit of barnyard in my wine, a bit of funk. But this wine smells like the runoff from a hog farm; it's utterly destroyed by brett. I kept it open for 4 days in the hope that it would improve – a bit silly, considering the wine underneath was obviously simple – but the best the wine could do was move from hog farm to band-aid. FLAWED and eventually poured down the drain.
