December 10, 2016 - Consumed with some seafood gumbo and jambalaya which was a rough pairing but it was excellent. Smooth and wonderful bing cherry and smoke on the palate. Expected it to be past peak based on the recent notes but this bottle was excellent from start to finish. Went fast at the party. Recommend drinking soon if you have them.
