November 12, 2012 - Straw in colour, with slight yellowing. A beautiful, rich aroma of peach, grapefruit, lemon a hint of pineapple, some funkiness, vanilla, and grilled nuts. Similar on the palate, which is a good thing. Complete, long and delicious. Some years left in it, I think.
