March 18, 2021 - Third and final bottle, and now I'm sad because this wine is drinking absolutely perfectly right now. My last tasting noted a bit of green-ness but not getting any of that from this bottle. Lots of plum and a bit of menthol/forest floor. It's smoothed out so well with time, but with no signs of oxidation.

October 23, 2020 - Decanted and tasted after 4 hours. Nose of floral and forest floor, almost Bordeaux like. Nice, but wished it were more expressive. Smooth, velvety and unctuous. Hints of eucalyptus, mellowed tannins and a nice mouth feel. Finishes nicely with a bramble, stewed red fruit compote mix. Served with a grilled porterhouse and lyonnaise potatoes.
