  September 4, 2017 - Appearance: Bright and clear, it is dark amber color, with fading rims and legs.
  Nose: Clean, with pronounced intensity aromas of dried fruit of raisin and fig, green fruit of quince, citrus notes of orange peel, stone fruit of apricot, maturity notes of honey, oak notes of sandalwood. The wine is developing.
  Palate: Luscious with high acidity, the wine low alcohol, full body, and pronounced intensity flavors of dried fruit of raisin and fig, citrus fruit of orange peel, stone fruit of apricot, oak notes of sandalwood, maturity notes of honey and beeswax. The wine has a long finish.
  Conclusion: Very good quality Tokaji with extreme intensity of complex characters, the wine is very sweet but balanced well by the mouth-watering acidity, making it refreshing and in no way cloying. The palate is well-structured, robust with strong concentration and having a very long finish. It is ready to drink now and can maintain for 10-15 years.

  October 17, 2014 - Bu en clôture d'un souper de cuisine iranienne, en accompagnement de sholeh zard (pouding au riz au safran). Belle robe dorée, pâle. Un nez sur la pêche et les fruits exotiques, d'une belle complexité. Une bouche pleine de volupté, sucrée, onctueuse. Des arômes de pêches, d'abricots, de miel et une pointe de noisettes grillées. D'une grande complexité et d'un équilibre magnifique, où une certaine acidité lui apporte une belle fraîcheur, sur une finale qui s'étire en longueur. Aucune lourdeur dans ce liquoreux. On en redemande. Superbe.

  Nez complexe sur le miel, les fleurs et les pêches.
  En bouche, très sucré mais tellement bon. Assez long et persistant.
