May 19, 2021 - Super franc et droit.
La pomme est vraiment nette et l'acidité
    lui donne un bel équilibre.
Long sans bon sang avec juste un peu
de sucre pour lui donner un petit
    côté décadent.
    EXCELLENT!

September 12, 2018 - Attractive tamarind, ripe green apples, and spices fill the nose. A crisp, viscous, and textural intensity energizes the tart mango, kiwi-strawberry, nectarine, and orange zest flavors. All in all this is salty, sweet and sour goodness.

November 23, 2017 - Thanksgiving Dinner: 12.5% alcohol. Golden-orange; Apple cider, simple; palate is full bodied, alcoholic, simple; short finish. Not really comparable to true ice wine. 80

December 7, 2016 - Very enjoyable, moderately sweet, with bright and clear apple flavors. Very nicely structured with bright acidity. Some heat coming through on finish (12.5%) that didn't thrill me.
