  February 1, 2016 - Basically a Sauvignon Blanc with bubbles. Pleasant with its flavours of mint, kiwi and gooseberry. Bubbles are ok, but they fade quickly.
  Good acidity, medium body. A bit simple, but enjoyable.

  July 19, 2015 - Small to medium bubbles. Light yellow with a green tinge. Fresh aroma of green apples - and kiwis ☺ with a hint of dry crackers. One taster noted "washing room" or "clean, freshly washed towels". On the palate green apples, sweet peppers and some grapefruit bitterness in the finish. All in all a straightforward, ok wine, but nothing out of the ordinary.

  June 17, 2015 - Pale greenish yellow colour, medium bubbles, green apples and fresh white bread on the nose, rhubarb pie and green apples on the palate, mildly bitter aftertaste.

  November 18, 2013 - Tasted this wine during the New Zealand Wine Dinner at Gourmet Plus.
  
  First experience with a sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. Very light straw yellow in colour, with the bubbles fizzing out quickly. The wine feels light and lacks body and structure.
  
  A pretty one-dimensional drink that will delight as an aperitif or after meal drink.
