    February 19, 2015 - Fruit flavors more muted than I expected. I usually love the BF bottling, but never have any left by year 4.

    February 16, 2015 - Splash decanted, then served about an hour later. Shows very light aromas of lemon, white flowers, and grapefruit skin. Fairly simple and straightforward on the palate. Decent acidity, but short finish. Drink up, as I don't see this getting any better.
