March 3, 2024 - nice cru bourgeois for a excellent price

February 7, 2023 - Kept in a regular cellar since september 2011, in a wine-cooler since september 2012. Color: dark purple, without an orange rim. Nose: wood and flowers. Taste: red and dark fruit, some brett and an animal note. Massive and powerful. The tannins were more resolved than in September 2020. At the third day the wine was mor open: nice fruit was more at the front, the tannins were more resolved and it showed a nice sweet etheric note. This wine seems best to be kept for another one or two years and can be drunk some years after that, I guess. At the third day 88(-89).

June 25, 2022 - Not enjoyable until it had been open a day. Then fine with bison meatloaf. I won’t be buying any new vintages of this unless it gets very good reviews.

January 9, 2021 - When first opened very strong alcohol smell and taste. After 20 mins smell has toned down with more fruit forward taste
Day 3 Alot less alcohol and slightly diminished fruitiness. Still a really good wine

September 15, 2020 - Kept Color: dark red with an orange rim. Taste: red and dark fruit, with a modest amount of brett and sous-bois, and with a clear herbal note. Rather massive, like all vintages if this wine. Still some unresolved tannins. On its own the 13,5% alcohol was a bit burning. Nevertheless the first bottle of this wine that was really attractive. Having read other TN’s of this wine, I was surprised about the quality of the fruit. At the third day still lively. I still have one bottle (unlike this) in a wine-cooler and will look forward to open that after another two years of keeping. With food: 88-89.
