March 22, 2018 - The nose is bursting with sagebrush, blueberries, and nighttime desert. Full bodied, poised, energetic. Notes of wild blueberries, sandalwood, sage. Plenty of life left.

September 16, 2014 - Dense ruby color. Alluring, peppery, Syrah bouquet. Big Red cinnamon gum, blackberries, and licorice aromas waft from the glass. The palate is full bodied, peppery, cinnamony, and initially tight, but levels out nicely, displaying depth and intensity, with flavors that match the aromatics, and an attractive dose of espresso on the long finish. Just beautiful.

April 30, 2014 - End of the line for this wine. It was very light in color. Still had some fruit left, but getting over the hill. Still acceptable, but drink up.

February 21, 2012 - The nose was infectious to the point that it was hard to pull away from it. It showed sweet maraschino cherry with cinnamon, medicinal herbs and floral notes, yet as sweet and rich as it was, it had finesse and elegance. On the palate, I found black fruits and spice, which gained depth and followed across the palate like silk until the close where juicy acidity turned to sour juicy fruit that stayed through the finish.

August 5, 2010 - Light red. Very sweet nose, raspberry and earth. Nice red fruit flavours and a decent finish but nest to the Jaboulet Cornas St Pierre 95 this wine is Molly Ringwald compared to Phoebe Cates, probably nice if she's the only girl in the pool but next to Phoebe, shes nothing.
