September 26, 2015 - Average daily table wine and typical French Burgundian Villages wine. Taste opened a little more after about 30 minutes. Consistent over several days. Various flavors emphasized with different foods, so has some minor complexity notes with pairings. Would buy again, but drink at age 4 to 5 year mark or later. Bouquet cherry, apple, vanilla, typical earthy French Burgundian terroir. Taste cherry, vanilla, vegetable, earthy, minor leather on finish, finish is minimal and not notable. Good by itself and with various dinner foods.
