November 3, 2012 - Honorary Quintarelli Tasting (Copenhagen): Cigar box and coffee really dominates the nose but also some dark cherry and smoke is coming through.
Fresh dark cherries on the palate it is very nicely balanced with plenty of acidity to it. There is some complexity there but overall it is just not as dense and compact as the Riservas.
It is definitely something completely different than the 03R which next to this seem overly sweet in a completely different way
