July 8, 2019 - Fun to buy cheap-ish Bordeaux from good years and hold on to it for a while, and that strategy paid off here. Silky-smooth merlot, slight bite and structure from the Cabernet, no rough edges and a respectably long finish. Maybe 2-3 years of peak drinking left?

April 30, 2017 - Seemed much better than last bottle. Better depth and complexity. Tannins soft but still there, earthy and fruity notes.

January 25, 2017 - Continues to drink well - dark red color. Dill, black cherry, red currants, slightly herbal on nose. On palate, medium body, bright red fruit, medium+ acidity & medium finish. Well integrated tannins. Very food friendly - would buy again $20USD or under. 90+ (straight up ignoring QPR).

April 15, 2016 - Nice enjoyable little Bordeaux. Light body, soft tannins, good acidity, very well balanced and straight wine. May lack in depth but has a nice Bordeaux finesse!
