November 19, 2017 - Still drinking well. Clearly not going to age better from here but had withstood the tests of time incredibly well. Bright acidity with dry cherries and strawberry notes. A classic old school rioja. This wine was stored poorly and moved from Europe to the US to South America and back to the US. Was stored in my parents’ dining room closets at room temp for over 30 years and still tasted great. What an amazing wine!
