Community Tasting Notes 4

April 2, 2024 - Over 5 years since my last bottle and this has barely evolved. Still quite a purple colour, , not much on the nose. Dense fruit, bit of bramble, quite bloody. Some tannin. Drinkable now but tastes very young. Would last for years but I don’t think it would improve much.

October 15, 2023 - Stabiel geëvolueerd. Aciditeit komt boven drijven. Nadronk geeft nog sporen van tannines.

February 22, 2021 - Disappointing for the money (£30-ish) and again we question whether Cahors improves that much with age. Wish we had consumed this one 5 years ago!

November 24, 2018 - Modern style and very nice.Lush black fruits, bramble nose, hint of game. In my experience while Cahors will age it rarely improves much. These are ready to drink.
