  February 2, 2016 - Pop and pout. Glass cork. This is the basic Pinot offering. It got a bit better with about 20 minutes of air. Ruby in color. The nose has nice cherries. A bit of depth. On the palate, cherries and slight sour cherries. Very light tannins. Nice finish. Good acidity. Worked well with food. I doubt it gets better than this but no hurry.
