Community Tasting Notes 2

January 11, 2013 - herb and tobacco nose, very upfront with power and tannins, once mellowed with air becomes a round, supple, dry Old World red with sage and tobacco backing a mouthful of raspberry and cherry, very solid in this price range, had with a simple pepper steak, decent match, drinks well now and will cellar well

August 31, 2011 - Ana notes a touch of smoke. Gripped up on the back. Not with much charm. Works at $15. Needs a touch of time. Nate notes that this wine always has a fennel note to the wine.
