Community Tasting Notes 3

  • Beerzebub Likes this wine:

October 16, 2013 - Aromatic - black cherry, black pepper, pine forest, black tea, and a bit of mushrooms. Excellent acidity. Touch of resinous bitterness in the finish. Quite enjoyable.

February 13, 2012 - Frederick Wildman Burgundy Tasting (Hotel Monaco -- S.F.): Distinctly Beaujolais fruit on the nose, with a meaty quality coming through on the palate. Lovely, ripe fruit.

October 15, 2011 - Young, nice. Not sure this will get better but it is a good Morgon that has another 2-3 years.
